Your personal data will always be used in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation. We may process your personal data for the purposes of:

• Communicating with you if you contact us to make an enquiry by telephone and via our website.

• To provide you with products and services if you are a customer and place an order with us.

• To process any orders you place with the Company

 

We process your personal data  where is it necessary for us to enter into a contract with you and where we have a legitimate interest to do so.

 

Sharing your personal data

 

We may share your information with a limited number of third parties where it is necessary for us to do so in the context of providing you with goods and services, for example to coordinate delivery services, or where we have a legal obligation to do so.

 

Storing your personal data

 

We retain your information while you are customer within our order and accounting system. If you cease to be a customer of the Company, we will make your account inactive after 2 years and delete your contact information but we will hold on to records of transactions between you and the Company in line with our accounting retention requirements.
